چکیده

Hyperspectral remote sensing reflectance (Rrs) derived from PRISMA in the visible and infrared range was evaluated for two inland coastal water sites using above-water situ measurements autonomous hyper- multispectral radiometer systems. We compared Level 2D (L2D) surface reflectance, a standard product distributed by Italian Space Agency (ASI), as well outputs ACOLITE/DSF, now adapted processing of imagery. Near-coincident Sentinel-3 OLCI (S3/OLCI) observations were also it is frequent data source applications, with strong calibration validation record. In optically diverse Italy, equipped fixed hyperspectral systems, used: REmote Sensing Trasimeno lake Observatory (RESTO), positioned shallow turbid Central Acqua Alta Oceanographic Tower (AAOT), located 15 km offshore lagoon Venice Adriatic Sea, which characterised clear to moderately waters. 20 images available match-up analysis across both sites. Good performance L2D found RESTO, lowest relative (Mean Absolute Percentage Difference, MAPD < 25%) absolute errors (Bias 0.002) bands between 500 680 nm, similar ACOLITE. The median interquartile ranges spectral angle (SA 8°) denoted more shape RESTO data, indicating pigment absorption retrievals should be possible. ACOLITE showed better statistical at AAOT L2D, providing R 2 > 0.5, Bias 0.0015 35%, 470 580 i.e. highest reflectances. addition SWIR based sun-glint correction default atmospheric implemented further improved AAOT, lower uncertainties closer similarity measurements, suggesting that glint able best reproduce AAOT. good results Rrs retrieval our study sites, hence demonstrated use aquatic ecosystem mapping. Further studies are needed analyse other bodies, over wider optical properties.

assessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea

data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...

The Prisma Hyperspectral Mission

The aim of the paper is to provide an overview of the PRISMA (PRecursore IperSpettrale della Missione Applicativa) mission and the related scientific foreseen applications. The mission development program is in actually in the C phase and it is completely funded by ASI. PRISMA is an earth observation system with innovative electro-optical instrumentation which combines an hyperspectral sensor w...

The Potential of Autonomous Ship-Borne Hyperspectral Radiometers for the Validation of Ocean Color Radiometry Data

Calibration and validation of satellite observations are essential and on-going tasks to ensure compliance with mission accuracy requirements. An automated above water hyperspectral radiometer significantly augmented Australia’s ability to contribute to global and regional ocean color validation and algorithm design activities. The hyperspectral data can be re-sampled for comparison with curren...

Predicting Grapevine Water Status Based on Hyperspectral Reflectance Vegetation Indices

Several vegetation indices (VI) derived from handheld spectroradiometer reflectance data in the visible spectral region were tested for modelling grapevine water status estimated by the predawn leaf water potential (Ψpd). The experimental trial was carried out in a vineyard in Douro wine region, Portugal. A statistical approach was used to evaluate which VI and which combination of wavelengths ...
